主要应用(yòng):
宽光谱拉曼和光致发光光谱的测量,特别可(kě)以应用(yòng)于低频领域;
-半导體(tǐ)材料的内部应力测量。
-可(kě)以测量到极小(xiǎo)的stokes和反stokes拉曼谱線(xiàn),一般可(kě)以测量到80-100波数。特别应用(yòng)于聚合物(wù)體(tǐ)系,半导體(tǐ)材料,陶瓷的结合效应,晶體(tǐ)结构等拉曼测量。
-需要深紫外激发的应用(yòng),如蛋白质,钻石,镀膜,半导體(tǐ)的光致发光谱。

М833 is the unique instrument allowing to simultaneously observe both Stokes and Anti-Stokes components on the distance of 20 cm-1 from the exitation line.

Raman spectra were collected at 90 deg to the exitation beam using a wide-aperture achromatic condenser PS-3, 600 um dia. optical fiber and the M833i spectrometer (1200 l\mm gratings and S7031-1006 Hamamatsu sensor). Aperture matching system AFA consisting of two objectives-achromats was used to match the optical fiber output (NA=0.2) and the M833i input (F# 5.5). The wide-aperture condenser PS-3 consists of a meniscus and two objectives-achromats and provides wide light collecting angle of 37 deg.
